Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Murrieta, CA.
If you want a true professional andsomeone that will take care of you when there is a problem right if you have any questions..Marc is you agent..I recommend him above any other agent..we got the home we wanted because Marc went above and beyond.
Marc helped us to get top dollar for our home. He was always responsive and quickly returned calls and messages. He excelled at solving problems when they arose and made the whole process as smooth as it could be.
This was our first time purchasing a home and had no idea what we were doing. Marc helped was through the whole process and was available any time for questions and looking at houses. We gave him a price range (despite being approved for more) and he didn’t try to push us on anything we didn’t want.
He was a great negotiator and got us our asking price despite several counter offers. When it came time for escrow and after move-in, Marc had a great list of contractors in all different trades to refer to us as we needed them. I highly recommend Marc and would definitely use him again.
Marc is freaking amazing. He was able to debunk the mysteries of buying a house in a way that our ignorance stood no chance. One of the frustrations in our home buying process was because of the limitations attached to VA loans. Well… Marc seemed to be quite the expert on that and he was able to make sure everyone was on the right page at the right time, and my husband and I understood everything along the way.
The coolest part was that Marc stepped in many times to negotiate with the seller to make sure we were taken care of in the end. From reaching out to his own contractors to giving recommendations to help us make decisions about the house, Marc knows what he’s doing. Hire Marc. Not hiring Marc would be very sad.

I had an amazing experience working with Marc Corell! First off we had met and discussed the type of home I was looking for and Marc drew a picture in his mind of exactly what I was looking for! Shortly after I received a phone call early in the morning – Scott I found your dream house! I quickly fell in love with the very first home he showed me!
I was so impressed with how smooth and easy he made the process for me- I alwasy pictured buying a home to extremely time consuming- but it was the opposite! Marc quickly helped me made an offer and counter offers allowing me to get the best deal I possibly could. He helped me quickly close the deal and made sure all the inspections and misc things were handled in a timely manner alowing for a quick close with very little effort on my part!
I had worked with other people in the past and Marc was a blessing to find! If you are looking for someone to help you find your dream home- I highly recommend him! Marc was awesome to work with. He was so accommodating, especially when I would bug him to go look at a property that he knew wasn’t worth while. He took the time to look with us anyway, and was able to point out structural issues, or home improvement projects etc. that were over our head. Not only is he knowledgeable about the home buying process, he is able to see potential, or the lack there of, in all types of homes. Marc was fantastic! He was ALWAYS available, responded immediately to my requests (even at 10pm!) and was very proactive during the entire process. We were in a time crunch to buy a house before the start of the new school year and Marc made us feel like we were his #1 priority. If we needed to view a house we could count on calling/texting Marc in the morning and being in the house a few hours later.
He made countless trips with us and always had the same smile and welcoming nature! He is so easy-going it really made the process painless. We made so many changes throughout the process (even backed out of a home at the last minute) and the entire time Marc was the same cool, relaxed agent that had all the answers.
Another great asset Marc brings is his thorough understanding of home construction and remodeling. His extensive experience in remodeling homes was so helpful in understanding true costs of modifications/additions to homes that we were interested in. As avid do-it-yourselfers this was key to making a decision based not necessarily on the current look of a home but rather the potential. We loved working with Marc and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone – in fact we already have!
I don’t envy the life of any real estate agent. Marc is a great agent. He was always available to us on short notice through a purchase that started well but encountered several complications (none of which were his fault). He went above and beyond to assist us, including going out to the house to protect some plants before the house was tented for termites, getting roof tiles fixed that were broken as a result of the tenting, and continuing to help us after we moved in with more issues that popped up. Buying a house is a complicated process and Marc helped us through all these things (and more) to get a house we really love.
Working with Marc was great. This was the first time I purchased a home on my own. He took what could have been a very daunting experience and made it extremely easy non stressful process. Marc was extremely responsive to all of my home searching requirements, he was proactive rather than reactive and I always felt that he was looking out for my best interest. I was highly recommend working with Marc on your next home purchase.
